How long have you played with us?:
Unfortunately I havent been with your community for that long assuming that it is a fairly new server. Despite this, I feel like this community can be successful in many ways once we get a playerbase. My time will not have any effect on my attitude towards commanding or my attitude towards this server.
What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
I have played on dozens of serious starwars, military and halorp servers in which I have been a Commander on each one. I have commanded mainly on starwars rp servers, however I was always leading the most elite fo the elite. On Halo, I have lead the ODST as well as Forecon and Security(Military Police) and have been known as the best leader the server had to offer. I am always th emost well liked commander for my leadership skills as well as my serious but sometimes playful attitude. My tactics will be seen as the best out of all the commanders you have on the server and I guarentee my battalion will be elite.

You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
I am actually a Server Manager on a server, I was also a staff manager, super administrator and moderator on multiple other servers. Assuming that I am not staff when this problem occurs, I will most likely ask them o stop and if they refuse, I will directly call an administrator. If they are in another battalion, I will inform the commander of their actions and suggest demotion and/or removal from the battalion.
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
I have played the game and have read the lore of ODST's during my commanding position on another server.
Edit: Personally, my heart was set on the other position and the only knowledge I have of marine recon is that of course they scout the battlefield and/or provide support using Sniper Rifles. This position can still suit me due to the fact that ODST's must have expert marksmanship as well as the recon.

What is your Commanding style?:
I am typically rough with my troopers to ensure that they are the best of the best. However, I am well liked for being a fun guy to hang out with and a great leader during events and exercised.
What skills can you give to your troops/anyone else in this position?:
I can teach them proper tactics to ensure the battle is won, as well as great marksmanship and breaching skills.
Will you be active in this position?:
If I get this position, I will be extremely active.
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
I can guarentee 2-3 hours of my time per day and 12-14 hours per week.
Do you understand that you can be denied for this position, and that rage quitting the server proves any ideas we have about you being immature and basically making our position more based if we deny you the position?:
Of course.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a Commander?
Yes.
Do you understand that if you are arrogant in any way about your job you will be put back to Marine PVT even if you were anything but when put as the Commander?
Yes.

In this position, I will guarentee that all other commanders will love the troopers that I recruit and their skills in battle. I will make sure that my troopers are the best of the best and I will hold multiple trainings a day to ensure that they are highly skilled. Durign events, I will lead our soldiers to victory as well as show great courage and leadership. I promise you that me as an Marine Recon Commander will be a great choice for this community.
