How long have you played with us?:
About 2-4 hours almost every everyday (more on the weekends), for the past two weeks
What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
The CRG Halo RP server is really the most experience I have in serious roleplay.

You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
If they’re under my command, tell them to stop, as well that there will be serious consequences if they don’t, and if they commit more acts of FailRP, I will talk to an admin about it. If they are not under my command, I will notify however their commander about it, and let him/her resolve the issue as they see fit for their subordinates.
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
In the Halo universe, and server lore, there isn’t any real lore surrounding specifically Pilot Commanders, but in general Commanders are commissioned officers that are equal in rank to Lieutenant Colonels in the UNSC Army, Marine Corps and Air Force, as well as Commanders are usually the executive officers aboard UNSC warships, but are known to have their own warships (such as Commander Keyes of the UNSC Amber Clad).
Lore knowledge of Battalion you will be Commanding
The pilots of the UNSC, in all branches, have for as long as anyone can remember, have flown any airborne and spaceborne craft in many different environments and in many different operations and theaters of war. UNSC pilots are most notable for flying troop transport aircraft, such as the famous D77-TC Pelican, and as well as providing support in both air and space theaters using the GA-TL1 Longsword Interceptor.
What is your Commanding style?:
I push the people under my command to do their best, and to always focus on doing their job correctly and not interfering in other’s unless they request help, which helps build teamwork and trust in each other's work.
What skills can you give to your troops/anyone else in this position?:
I can greatly improve the piloting abilities of the pilots under my command, and as well as build confidence, teamwork, and trust.
Will you be active in this position?:
I usually go on every, or every other, day, and stay on for a couple of hours at least, so I believe so.
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
Per week, around 20-40 hours, and per day around 2-5 (weekends excluding)
Do you understand that you can be denied for this position, and that rage quitting the server proves any ideas we have about you being immature and basically making our position more based if we deny you the position?:
I fully understand the fact that I might not be accepted into this position, and I fully understand that any action such as rage quitting reinforces the decision that was made by whoever is reviewing this application.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a Commander?
I fully understand that I will be demoted in the event I do not live up to the expectations of a Commander.
Do you understand that if you are arrogant in any way about your job you will be put back to Marine PVT even if you were anything but when put as the Commander?
I fully understand that I will be demoted to Marine Private if I am arrogant, or sloppy, or abusive of my role as a Commander, and that I understand this is a very reasonable punishment for such actions as previously stated.
Four sentences minimum for why you should be the Commander of this Battalion(May not include anything like “Well you don’t have one” “You need one” or anything of the sorts. Including stupidity and arrogance.):
I believe I should be a Commander for the Pilots in the Air Force Branch because I am decently known by the staff and players of the server, and further so by the Pilots. Secondly, I am responsible with those I am put in charge of, and I seek to make sure they do their jobs and improve upon their skills. Thirdly, I believe I can correctly lead those I am in charge of to correctly execute orders given by those above me and to correctly lead them to accomplish objectives in a manner that does not endanger themselves, their fellow pilots, and those who are in different branches and battalion. Lastly, I believe I can properly coordinate with other commanders to accomplish given objectives, and as well as to use available resources to support those in need of assistance, such as in the form of extraction or air strikes.
