The Spartan Program was started by Dr. Catherin Halsey to create super soldiers capable of "Super Human" feats of strength, speed and intelligence. Spartans are seen as the greatest soldiers the UNSC has to offer capable of fighting multiple enemies in ranged and CQC fighting.

I have amazing leadership capabilities and can rally the men to fight alongside me. I have understanding of tactics and warfare.

I should be a CO because I have the most experience with Commanding soldiers (Besides yourself) and I have a few tricks to teach them. I will not FailRP EVER, I respect my men like I want them to respect me but still punish them for failures. I am easily approachable if you/they need to talk and will always admit to my mistakes. I have always been held in High regard as a CO in the past and users state im the reason they stay on the server (Axiom = last line)
As CO you are required to be ready to train a new RCT at a moments notice while on duty at base, do you understand this?:
Yes
RolePlay to the best of your abilities-Your Character calls all troopers to Formation. The Highest NCO tells them all that they will be doing Formation Training led by you. Once he is done speaking you start to do the Formations:
*Stand in front of the men* "Alright men. Today as was already stated we will be doing formations!" "Move into the wedge/arrowhead Formation", *Soldier does it wrong* "No no. Back to the right a bit" "There you go." "OK Advanced firing line facing the wall" "GOOD JOB!"
