What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
I have been role-playing on them since early 2014, as well as staffed on them, and role-played as an higher ranking officer as well as lower rank.
Age:
I am 17 years of age.
You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
I tell them to stop, as well as reporting it to there commander, but most likely since I am a staff member I will most likely deal with it with a warning, then a kick and possibly a ban.
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
A Commander is "THE" Commanding officer of a battalion. They lead the battalion as the head officer of it, they also have second in commands which they leave in charge while they are on leave. The second in command may do tryouts and look after the battalion while commander is gone, While the Commander is over the entire battalion, leading it into battle with their commanding abilities.
Lore knowledge of Battalion you will be Commanding
: The Viking team is a Spartan Special Forces team strictly there to carry out even harder missions that other Spartan's may not be able to. They were also given a higher ranking by their commanding as they are a spartan special forces team. But they have no power over any UNSC personnel nor can they be told what to do by them either.
What is your Commanding style?:
I like to let them see combat first before teaching, either way it goes if they become apart of the viking team, they are most likely going to be bad ass. But learning is always a thing no matter how skilled you are. But again I like them to see battle first on their bare skills so I can see how talented they are at what they do, and if I they don't excel at it the best, I may attempt at getting them a better role in the battalion and teach them the best I can.
What skills can you give to your troops/anyone else in this position?:
I can give them combat skills and teach them more about it if needed. Teach them everything from, combat smarts to fire a gun with ease.
Will you be active in this position?:
Yes I am on every single day.
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
I can dedicate at least 72 hours per week, as that is three days of total time.
Do you understand that you can be denied for this position, and that rage quitting the server proves any ideas we have about you being immature and basically making our position more based if we deny you the position?:
Yes I do understand this.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a Commander?
Yes I do.
Do you understand that if you are arrogant in any way about your job you will be put back to Marine PVT even if you were anything but when put as the Commander?
Yes I understand as being arrogant only shows your immaturity.
Four sentences minimum for why you should be the Commander of this Battalion(May not include anything like “Well you don’t have one” “You need one” or anything of the sorts. Including stupidity and arrogance.): I do feel like I could possibly be one of the best for this role. I have a ton of commanding experience as well as my combat skills to back it up. The position I am applying for is for a special forces battalion and I am well aware of what it takes to be apart of it. I have come quite for in terms of skill, but i'm showing off or anything what so ever. I am talented, I always strive to be the best and to excel at everything I do. I will try and try again until I master at what I am attempting to do.
