NCO APPLICATION
Steam ID:
(given in my ODST APP)
Steam Name:
Nighthawk
In game name:
Miles Jacobs
Battalion you are becoming NCO for:
ODST Sniper
How long have you played with us?:
4 days
What is your experience with serious roleplay?:
SGT MAJ on AXIOM HALO RP
Age:
15
You see another player FailRPing(BHopping, other crap-Basically Failing to RolePlay correctly), so what do you do? Someone in another battalion?:
I either get their CO to give them PT or I give them PT. AND ALOT OF IT
Lore knowledge of position trying out for?:
SGT Can command a squad and train recruits, simple as that.
Lore knowledge of Battalion you will be an Officer in:
ODSTS are the next best thing to spartans and are actually very, for lack of a better word "Bitter" toward the spartans because of this.
What skills can you give to the troops below you, while in this position?:
Good tactical planning, an actual leader in the Marine/ODST core, and ALOT OF PT when they fuck up to shape them into better soldiers.
Will you be active in this position?:
yes
If so, how many hours can you dedicate per week? Day?:
Uncertain, but itll be a good amount
Name of Commander who recommended you for this position(You must have your Battalion Commander's OKAY, and I WILL CHECK WITH THEM):
ODSTs dont have a battalion commander, I'm the only one, in fact I believe YOU recomended me Miles.
Do you understand that you can and will be demoted if you do not live up to the expectations of a NCO?
Very Much so
Four sentences minimum for why you should be an NCO:
Well for one thing I take Serious RP for what it is, SERIOUS. If I see someone FAILRPING I punish them severely. In addition to ODST on AXIOM I was also in the Millitary Police for a while, and I delt with FAILRP Alot. I prefer to be proffesional even in games, and ESPECIALLY with minges who feel that they can get joy out of ruining the experience of the entire server. Long story short I will take my job seriously.
As NCO you are required to be ready to train a new RCT at a moments notice while on duty at base, do you understand this?:
Yes. Not much more to say for that.
RolePlay to the best of your abilities-Your character calls all the troopers to PT, when halfway through a CO calls everyone to Debrief. You must RP what you would do from the moment you called RP to once you're done speaking in the first minute of Debrief:
Well I would first keep track of how many laps, pushups etc. the troops did, then take them to Debrief. Once the event is over and we DO Debrief, I would continue the PT as if we never stopped.
What rank are you at time of application creation:PVT but SGT MAJ on other server (that i abandoned lol)
