This guide is being made because out of the operations I've been on, there have been a lot of fuck-ups. Although a lot of you may know this stuff, new players can use it. Also, a lot of this is common sense.
ROE
Otherwise known as Rules of Engagement, the general rules are just, if they aren't hurting you, don't hurt them. If someone is threatening you and/or displaying power that is liable to hurt you, then you may attack.
Intoxication
This is very common sense. Becoming intoxicated on an operation is a huge no-no unless you are physically required to use a controlled substance during a PDZ(Which is VERY unlikely to happen) then you are not permitted to use them. Becoming drunk is not good for you or the unit as a whole, especially during a live-fire situation, where intoxication can be deadly.
